Making your own jeans from scratch? I got you. In this video, I’m walking you through the whole process—cutting, sewing, topstitching, all of it. Whether you're just getting into sewing or already know your way around a machine, this should help you put together a solid pair of jeans.
What You’ll See in This Video:
Cutting and assembling the fabric
Sewing techniques like flat-felled seams and topstitching
Adding details—pockets, belt loops, a zipper fly, all the good stuff
Tips to get a clean, pro-level finish
I’m using a black 14 oz 100% cotton denim and a juki ddl 8700 and a heavyweight thread and all purpose thread from wakak, but you can make it your own.
