It took me longer than i'd care to admit to learn how to sharpen a knife properly. At first as i got into carving, i thought that stropping alone was enough. I'm firmly and staunchly of the opinion now that it is absolutely not enough and that being able to sharpen knives properly is a must. I hope to enable you to be able to sharpen your knives without having to face as many hardships in the process as I did.
The stones I used in this video i got from Sharpening Supplies website. I purchased these with my own money after researching. I'm not an affiliate and i get no compensation if you decide to purchase them. These are just the route i decided to go for my sharpening.
