Just a quick video on how to solder. This is certainly not by any means the best soldering out there, but it will be perfectly fine for your RC Car.

60/40 Solder refers to 60% Tin/40% Lead... not 60% Alloy as I say in the video ;)

Get the most powerful Soldering Iron you can within your budget. The cheap 25w Iron I show you in the video is not really going to be up to the job of soldering a lot of RC connectors. Get a 50w Soldering Iron at the very least.

Practice Practice Practice, with a few basic skills you can teach yourself how to get the perfect solder joint every time.
