How do we solve separable differential equations with initial conditions? Here we will do 6 initial value problems of differential equations by separating the variables. This is meant to be an introduction to differential equations for calculus 2 students so we won't get into too many details. 0:00 how to solve separable differential equations 0:24 Q1, dy/dx=cos(x)*sqrt(y+1) *at 3:57, it should be sin(pi) instead of sin(0)*. But sin(0)=sin(pi)=o so the computation is okay. 5:04 Q2, dy/dx=e^y/(x^2+1) 8:25 Q3, dy/dx=xy+2x+y+2 13:44 Q4, dy/dx=yln(y) 17:58 Q5, dy/dx=x*cos^2(y)+cos^2(y) 20:47 Q6 dy/dx=y+y^2 ----------------------------- Support this channel and get my calculus notes on Patreon: 👉 https://www.patreon.com/blackpenredpen Get the coolest math shirts from my Amazon store 👉 https://amzn.to/3qBeuw6 ----------------------------- #calculus #bprpcalculus #apcalculus #tutorial #math
