How to stabilize wood and why should you do it are the topics of this weeks video. Stabilizing wood or resin impregnating wood with stabilizing resin has been something I have wanted to do for a while now. I was kind of intimidated until i did some research on stabilizing wood with Cactus Juice Stabilizing Resin. Also known as Vacuum Stabilization, this process is not as intimidating as I once thought. I found a few good sources of information and I will link them below. I also will link the Cactus Juice, vacuum chamber, vacuum pumps, toaster oven, and oven thermometers. As I found out Stabilizing worthless wood, or punky wood can be lots of fun!
