The Parawing seems to be the new phenomenon.... So I was super excited to be able to try out the Ensis Roger 3.0. This video highlights some of the beginners tips and tricks I have discovered throughout the learning process.
Parawinging seems to be a mixture of wing foiling, kite foiling and SUP foiling. The get ups imitate a SUP foil paddle up but the riding feels more like wingfoiling or kiting.
Start on a day that has a fair bit of wind, the wind window is pretty narrow with the parawings so you want enough to easily fly the kit, maybe 15+ knots.
Make sure you are starting on a BIG board and big foil to give yourself the easiest possible get up. From here get comfy before you start to size down.
In this particular video I am using the SABFOIL Torpedo DW board 115L with the Leviathan Pro 1080 front foil and 380 gullwing tail. Remeber to use CAITY10 at Sabfoil for 10% off your order.
I will be sharing my journey more as we take the para on more adventures.
Have fun frothers!
