The wind howled through the trees as I set out for the forest, full of hope and anticipation. I cast one last glance at the cozy home where warmth and light awaited me, but stubbornly walked forward, striving for independence and the challenges that nature brings us. Snow crunched underfoot, and the scent of the winter forest filled the air, enriching my thoughts.
Having collected the logs, I began to make a shelter. Each step in creating this shelter was an honor to nature, like a return to the roots. Little by little, as I set up my “home,” I realized that my whole life had come down to this moment — unity with the forest and myself.
Night fell, covering the earth with its black velvet. The cold pierced my skin, but I lit a fire, its heat warmed the air, and soft tongues of flame danced under the stars. I knew that despite the cold outside my shelter, in this moment I found harmony and peace.
