When I purchased my @volkswagen_usa @volkswagen ID.4 Pro AWD in November 2023, I tried to use the Lane Change Assist and could not get it to work. After much trial and error and researching, I found how to use the Lane Change Assist. On ID.4 Forums, I saw other new ID.4 owners indicate not being able to use the Lane Change Assist.
