Trauma is experienced and stored by the brain in quite specific ways. It's complex to explain, but I give it a go, starting with this! I'll also be following up with a SIMILAR video about how traumatic memories are stored differently than other memories. But... for now, we are talking the basics of where/how trauma gets "stuck" in the brain.
