This past summer we had the amazing opportunity to visit Spring Meadow Nursery, the home of Proven Winners Color Choice Shrubs. We left filled with inspiration, especially after seeing the trial gardens. There we saw the incredible hydrangea hedge filled with a mix of arborecens varieties.
This brings us to three weeks ago when we finally finished our design of the hydrangea room. This curved hedge connects our existing East Side border to the Royal Frost birch tree. Our goal was create an explosion of beautiful blooms that wrapped around a seating area.
Thankfully with the help of Color Choice Shrubs we were able to get our hands on five amazing varieties. Incrediball, Incrediball Blush, Invincibelle Sublime, Invincibelle Lave, and Invincibelle Ruby. Together their variations of size, shape, and color will be a beautiful wall for our room.
