The mission of Elder Trekker is to encourage seniors to remain both physically and mentally active as they age. In this video, Elder Trekker visits Whitetail Woods Regional Park to walk the trail around Empire Lake. I also discuss why, after reading “In praise of walking” by Shane O’Mara, I think of walking as my superpower.
