Yamashita-ya is located in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
It's surprisingly close to Osaka, about 3 and a half hours by car, and just under 3 hours by train.
There is also a free shuttle bus from Kaga Onsen Station (3 pick-up buses, 2 drop-off buses, reservation required)
Above all, the hot springs overlooking the Kaga Plains are amazing.
This is an amazing bath where about 60 tons of high-quality hot spring water is poured in a day at a high temperature of about 65 degrees!
The hot water is so warm that you won't sweat even when you return to your room!
I took a bath many times, and the hot water was very gentle on the skin.
Dinner is full of local Ishikawa prefecture food and seafood dishes.
You can enjoy Jibuni, vegetable tempura from Ishikawa Prefecture, and matsutake mushrooms steamed in a clay pot.
Some plans include snow crab!
Breakfast includes sandfish, Oedo Onsen Monogatari's specialty nokkedon, and handmade rice balls.
You can enjoy a energizing breakfast in the morning!
