This 36" wide, 24" deep, and over 6 feet tall cabinet smoker was a blast to build! It has 10 cooking grates! I built this out of 11ga (1/8") thick steel for the most part. Details are below. Cook chamber has 10 slide out cooking grates that measure 32" wide x 23" deep. 4" spacing between the cooking racks.
Base is made from 2"x2"x1/8" wall square tubing. Top base plate is 3/16" thick and bottom is 1/8" thick fully insulated.
