Hunting in the Highlands of Scotland + Heart Catch and Cook

This was a 3 day hunt up in the Highlands of Scotland. The aim of this trip was to get back into nature and explore some areas I'd never hunted before and also to take out some hinds as it was hind season. Culling a specific number of hinds is an integral part of deer management as it ensures a sustainable herd size is met. Leaving these deer unchecked would be terrible not only for the health of the herd but also the vegetation these deer feed on. We had some unreal weather given the time of year which was pretty unexpected but certainly welcome!
