Portia Rowland was shot four times in her Illinois driveway when she went to go start her car. At the time of her murder, Portia was dating a woman named Sarah Shafer, who was in the middle of a divorce from a man named Sammy Shafer Jr. Investigators believe Sammy hired two men to kill Portia.
