We recently stayed at this hotel (November 2022) and were completely blown away. The hotel is new. Per discussions with some of the staff, it opened on/around July 27, 2022. Simply put, it is just an amazing property and during the shoulder seasons, a great value.
The hotel is positioned right on the Gulf of Mexico with a private access to the public beach (featured in the video). The property boasts several dining options including the main restaurant, Coconut Charlie's located on the main lobby level, Coconut Charlie's Poolside Bar, and a Starbuck's coffee bar adjacent to the reservation desk.
For recreation, the property includes a fully furnished workout facility with cardio machines and free weights. There is also a space for outdoor activities including cornhole boards and a large Jenga style game. The swimming pool is the showstopper featuring a small lazy river and various water features along the perimeter. A hot tub is also incorporated into the layout.
There is also an onsite laundry facility. Event space is available if needed as well. The rooms are well appointed and provide ample space to unwind. Our room was a Gulf view room complete with a sofa/hide-a-bed lounge area. A balcony was included with a cocktail table and chairs to allow one to enjoy a beverage and the amazing view of the ocean.
