Here is the recipe for for your convenience :- Ingredients and its quantity required for Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biriyani | Chicken Biryani | Chicken Dun Biryani | Chicken Biriyani :- For First Marination :- Chicken 1 Kg Salt to taste Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic 2 tbsp Second Marination:- Coriander Powder 2 tbsp Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Garam Masala 1 tbsp Slit Green Chilli 3 no Chopped Mint Leaf 1 cup | 50 gm Chopped Coriander 1 cup | 50 gm Cinnamon 3 inch stick Green Cardamom 3 no Cloves 4 to 5 no Star Anise 1 no Bay leaf 1 no Black Stone Flower 1 no Shahi Jeera 1/2 tsp Black Cardamom 1 no Black Pepper Corns 1/2 tsp Golden Fried Onion (made from 2 large onion) | 40 gm Oil 3 tbsp | 50 ml Curd 3 tbsp | 50 ml To Boil Rice: Basmati Rice 700 gm Cloves 6 to 7 no Green Cardamom 2 no Shahi Jeera 1/2 tsp Salt to taste For Layering:- Golden Fried Onion (made from 2 large onion) | 40 gm Chopped Mint Leaf 1/2 cup | 25 gm Chopped Coriander 1/2 cup | 25 gm Saffron 2 pinch ( soaked in 2 tbsp of warm water ) Rose Water 1 tbsp Kewra Water 1 tbsp I would love to read your feedback.
