With an impressive print speed exceeding 200 square feet per hour and a maximum print width of 23 inches, it meets the demands of high-volume production.
The printer is equipped with a 22-inch full-motion touch screen and a secondary touch screen for intuitive control. An integrated Ryzen 9 Mini PC with 32GB RAM and a 2TB SSD ensures seamless operation. Additional features include auto wet capping and cleaning to extend printhead life, an automatic film tension system accommodating up to 984 feet (300 meters) of roll capacity, and an anti-collision system to protect printheads.
The accompanying oven/shaker unit boasts built-in fume extraction, an easy-to-use touch screen interface, a 3-foot infrared curing oven, and an auto belt feed with front and back vacuum. Cooling fans and an automatic film take-up system enhance efficiency. The unit operates on 220V at 23 amps.
