1 peanut butter sandwich
1 black bean tostada with rice beans cilantro spinach and avocado
2 Servings egg fried rice –1 egg, carrots, soy sauce
1 spinach salad with shredded carrots, tomatoes, and croutons
– dressing with oil, vinegar and sugar (honey if you have it)
1 egg in pergatori with canned tomatoes and a side of spinach
