Bawana is the Paali term used for meditation which means development of inner mindset. It is an important concept preserving the Buddhist praxis (ප්රතිපත්ති).
In Buddhism Bawana or Meditation means an intentional self-effort focusing to develop consciousness and concentration towards a certain faculty within ones' soul. Venerable Ududumbara Kashyapa Thero is paving the path to guided meditation in this Bhavana programme series.
