A few years ago I picked up a lot in Phoenix, Arizona and went onto build out what would become one of the coolest homes in the area. In today's episode we tour my most recent project, going over a bunch of the design and construction considerations along the way. There was a lot of thought that went into the floor plan, the elevations, and the finishes, and I am just so thrilled with the finished product, which I now have listed for sale.
For all of the regular viewers who have been around a while - I'm sorry I never went back to my last project with you guys to show you how that one turned out. I do address that about half way through this video. The timing just wasn't right... back then I had way too much on my plate to squeeze in a video. I hope you like this one though :)
