Ingredients
Minced meat – 400 g
Onion – 1 pc
Carrots – 2 pcs
Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Potatoes – 2 pcs
Rice – 40 g
Vegetable broth – 500 ml
Water – 1.5 l
Yogurt – 250 g
Yolks – 2 pcs
Flour – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil – 30 ml
Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Red pepper – 1 teaspoon
Thyme – 1/2 teaspoon
Parsley
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Preparation method
Fry the onion and carrots for 3 minutes at level 7. Add salt. Add the peppers and potatoes and add the water.
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the rice, half of the onion, season with salt, black pepper, red pepper and thyme. After kneading well, form balls and roll them in flour.
Place them in the soup and add the broth. Cook the soup for 20 minutes at level 5.
Prepare the filling for the soup while it is cooking.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the yogurt and flour.
Gradually add the soup broth.
Then pour the filling into the pot and season with black pepper. Cook for 3 minutes at level 5. After removing the soup from the heat, sprinkle with parsley.
