Earlier this week, my friend Adam Wright published a video where he tweaked a local website’s design in Figma—and I was totally inspired. So I decided to try something similar… but I ended up going way deeper.
In today’s video, I’m redesigning a real homepage for a local business from scratch. I haven’t spoken to the business owner, so this isn’t based on strategy or data—it’s purely an intuitive design exercise. I’ll walk you through the original site, point out areas that could be improved, and then show you the redesign I created inside Figma.
