I've been seeing a lot of questions about amputation. I chose to keep my arm because I'm leaning on the hope that maybe I will regain function. Also, maybe technology and medicine may be able to help people like me in the future, but if I amputate, I'm essentially "giving up." And clearly, I'm not that kind of person.
