I went into the middle of absolutely NOWHERE to confront my unhealthy relationship with my mobile phone. What I learnt out there has subsequently changed my life forever.
So many people feel bound to their phones these days, I want to prove to myself that I am in control of these habits and take responsibility for this part of my life. Hopefully it'll inspire some of you to take similar steps.
