I finally successfully tried the hyper ketosis diet and I am feeling AMAZING! I feel so energized and most importantly NOT INFLAMMED or bloated. Have you heard of the hyper ketosis diet before? If so, have you tried it? It is very different than a traditional keto diet. You have to restrict more but once you get through the first couple of days, it really isn't that bad. Do you want to continue with me? I'll be doing it for 1 month than I plan on transitioning into traditional keto.
