Trees are beautiful, grandiose, vast pieces of natural artwork, and that’s what I wanted to bring out in this build - Whilst still making them durable, modular, and extremely playable for D&D and wargaming.
This tree tutorial has a ton of experimenting with techniques, methods you can tear out and use in your own crafting, and generally useful stuff whether you choose to make your trees this way, or prefer something different.
I should be clear, I'm not ripping on fantasy, cartoon aesthetic trees, I love them too and they certainly have their own style, but I just prefer this one! No hard feelings :)
These trees can be made in a ton of different ways with a ton of different materials - my main goal here is to give you guys more options for bringing those epic forest visions from LOTR and other films to life…make yours however you want. It's your tree!
