Minecraft Caves and Cliffs parts 1 and 2 are some of the most impactful updates ever added to this game. These two updates completely overhauled the world generation to allow for massive caves, mountains, and other terrain features to be scattered all throughout the world. Many people absolutely love the changes to the world generation and believe they were well needed to keep the game feeling fresh. In my opinion however, the new world generation is way too much, the items these two updates added are unimpressive, and overall I think Caves and Cliffs made Minecraft a worse game.
