Peel, Dry on Fire. Create Ash Bed. Light Fire. Cook.
🍅 *MARITA* (Red Fruits Prepared In Pots)
Split into halves (if small), quarters (if big), using Cassowary thigh bone knife. Boil. Take out the red seeds. Put Salt, Squeeze with water from river.

Men Kill Pig, Women Prepare Veggies. Heat Stones Until Red. Banana Leaves in Hole with some Rocks. Top with Vegetables. Banana, Taro. Root Vegetable. Add Kumu (General Word For Greens). Put In Chopped Pigs, Line Them Up. Put Hot Stones Close To Each Bones Cover With Leaves Again. More Hot Stones Put Dirt, Banana Leaves, to Trap Heat. Bush Fern, Mosan, Pumpkin Tips, Black Kumu, Watercress (Intestine+Mumu), Cooking Banana, Taro, Kaukau.

Thigh Meat, Liver & Ribs Cuts.
🎍 *BAMBOO INTESTINE*
Intestine, Blood, Black Kumu, Watercress, Mosong/Mosang, Bush Fern. Stuff in Bamboo.
