Hello MTG fam! Despite being a pretty health conscious dude and quitting caffeine multiple times in my life, I found myself hooked on coffee yet again recently, this time spending more than $5 per day on the habit by getting a nitro cold brew from Starbucks. Being as health conscious as I am, I decided things had to change and it was time to quit caffeine again. I was frankly just tired of depending on a chemical to feel normal in the morning. So, I decided to have some fun with quitting and documented my journey with frequent short vlogs. It's surprising how different this time around was - I suffered bad insomnia among other symptoms, and the headaches were minor compared to last time. But anyway, I figured I may as well try to help you guys out with a video in case any of you are considering quitting caffeine too. Is it easy? HELL NO. But is it worth it? Well, that's up to you to decide. Hopefully this video helps!
