Around two years ago, I did a review of the Hero bread and bun products. I saw a fairly significant spike in my blood glucose and wound up having an inflammation reaction, likely due to their use of canola oil.
Since then, Hero has changed their ingredients a bit, including using olive oil instead of canola as their fat. Does it make any difference?
