I hope this video inspires people out there as it is very common in this day and age to go through all kinds of abuse. I felt it to be my duty to share what i have been through so that women and men know that they are not alone and there is always a way out. I do apologize for saying that mental abuse is way worse than physical. The intention behind that was just to point out that mental abuse has less evidence to show.
