Six weeks ago, I decided to delete Instagram from my phone, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time.

I was stuck in a loop of feeling anxious, distracted, and wasting 2-3 hours a day scrolling endlessly.

Ended up travelling Florence and Thailand without IG too. Honestly, it has been the best decision ever, you'll see why.
