There's a lot more I could have covered in this video including my entire personal experience which would take well over an hour, maybe two, to fully rehash. And while that may be interesting in some accounts I felt like it was secondary to sharing the actual benefits I got from doing this. I also realized a whole new perspective on my own relationship to sharing stories in my meditation which begs for a deeper self inquiry of my true intentions behind doing so and where the real values lies. During my time at this meditation center I experienced the value of noble silence through my 10 days of meditation. Following this silent period, I learned about noble speech and the purity of speech during my service period following the course. It is this noble speech that has a lot to do with my contemplation around sharing stories and being sure that it's not motivated with inflating my own ego or sense of self in the process. By that measure it's better that the true essence behind sharing is out of service and not in anyway for self gratification or a craving of self interest. Learning about this may change a few characteristics about how I share stories in the future, provided of course that I maintain my awareness of this insight, but ultimately I think this will only serve to enrich the stories to come and make them more meaningful to you.
Thanks so much for watching and if you read this and enjoyed the content please do me a solid and give it a thumbs up or leave a comment, and maybe share it with a friend. That stuff really helps me to continue making videos and improve upon the quality and value of what I share.
Gratitude
Much love &
Strength and honour

● About me:
My name is Joseph and I currently live out of a minivan that I converted into a micro living space on wheels. Choosing the lifestyle was an adaptation to some very difficult life circumstances that I had to face, but I've made the most of it and now share some of the aspects of my life on Youtube. Living in this way has allowed me to reflect more carefully and grow much faster than I think I could have otherwise. Since starting this in late 2019 the lifestyle has taught me a different way of life that I've come to appreciate more and more and it has afforded me more resources to share with family, friends, and the community. It has also put me more in touch with my love of nature, both inner and outer, which has inspired me to also share some of these things with you.
While having a Youtube channel is somewhat experimental my intention with it, is to inspire and share information as it makes sense to do so. I also enjoy sharing some of my adventures, which may more closely amount to a form of entertainment over education, but, by and large, I hope to inspire a stronger healthier community of fellow hunter gathers alike and maybe make a few friends in the process.
Some of my most fundamental values and visions are built around exploration, conservation, development, food, humility, strength, honour, integrity, love, community, and more recently equanimity.
The world is my playground, my school, my mother and certainly not mine; it's all a passing gift in the flow of nature.
