today let's shed some light on where i've been lol.. i was dealing with really bad hormonal acne / issues for the last few months due to my diet!! i started doing the animal based diet for months and my skin went CRAZY. i'm back to being a plant based girly (almost vegan) and things are so much better!! i feel better, and my skin is clearing. so just wanted to show you guys what i eat in a day now and all the healthy products i've added & switched into my diet recently :) i also show my new skincare routine with cleaner skin care ingredients!! i'm also staying away from seed oils and its a game changer!!! i'm all about health & quality of the products I'm consuming / using in this season of my life.. not just weight loss.
