In today's Europa Universalis IV video we checking out a the Development Points mod which overhauls the development system in EU4 and makes it based on the land that is controlled rather than just monarch power like it is in vanilla. This leads to a lot more development in the world, with tax, production, and manpower through the roofs for many nations.
