Prismatic Evolutions is the newest Pokemon Card release and is considered a specialty set. What this means is that there are no Pokemon Card Booster Boxes and instead, it is a staggered release meaning that new Prismatic Evolutions products will release over the next several months.
There was a ton of hype leading into the release of this set with many Pokemon Card fans hoping that Prismatic Evolutions pull rates would be very similar to those of Crown Zenith. However, with Special Illustration Rares being extremely difficult to pull, many Pokemon Card fans have expressed their frustration with ripping such an expensive set.
Crown Zenith on the other hand has returned to glory as possibly the most loved specialty set of all time. With huge levels of availability and above average pull rates, it seems like almost every Crown Zenith booster pack holds some sort of hit.
