Sticky date protein oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk (& a little more)
Salt
Vanilla (optional)
cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts (optional)
1-2 chopped dates
1/3 - 1/2 cup egg whites
*maple syrup or protein powder for sweetness
Bring oats, water & milk to a boil, then simmer for 5-6 mins, mix occasionally
Mix in chia seeds, hemp hearts, dates and simmer for 2-3 mins
Once thick add egg whites and mix thoroughly until desired texture
Add maple syrup or flavoured protein powder if you want it sweeter!!
Top with pb and salt and choc chips and whatever your heart desires

Cottage cheese protein pancakes
1 egg
⅓ cup cottage cheese
½ banana
1/2 cup oats
Vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
Optional: 1/2 scoop protein powder
