This year we are making a compound butter and injecting our bird to see if it's the ultimate smoked turkey on the Kamado Joe for your thanksgiving or #thanksgrilling holiday feast. Nothing says thanksgiving or holidays more than a turkey smoked on the Kamado Joe; but if there is a way to elevate our turkey game I am interested. If you missed it, last year I did a head to head spatchcock vs. rotisserie and found that the rotisserie turkey tasted better. Will this method improve or hinder our bird?
