Ingredients:
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
5 tablespoons oil
5 cups flour
Egg yolk + milk + saffron for the dough topping
10 grams of yeast
20 grams of sugar
400 ml of warm water
50 ml of oil
8 grams of salt
550 grams of flour
We knead the dough well for 3-4 minutes.
We get a very soft dough that does not stick to our hands.
Let's take the dough to the table without waiting.
Divide it into 12 equal parts and make rounds.
Roll out the dough to the size of a dessert plate,
Grease the dough with room temperature butter,
Do not grease the two doughs,
Put 6 doughs on top of each other,
Place the dough that we greased last.
Prepare the other 6 doughs in the same way.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
20 minutes later,
We roll it out to 40 cm,
We spread the butter cut in half on it,
We make a roll like a film,
We connect the ends and press,
to prepare the other dough in the same way.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes We roll out the dough again to 40 cm,
Let's cut it into triangular pieces,
I wanted it to be small but you can make it bigger if you want.
Add the spreadable chocolate,
Roll it up,
Prepare the other dough in the same way.
Wait 20 minutes for it to ferment.
After 20 minutes,
Mix 1 egg yolk and 10 ml of milk and saffron and spread it on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees,
When it is browned like this,
remove from the oven.
