Recipe:
Butter 100 grams (7 tablespoons)
Sour cream or yogurt 100 grams (7 tablespoons)
Egg yolk 1 pc
Vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon
Floral water 2 tablespoons
Wheat flour 300 grams (2.3 cups)
Cake baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

Filling:
Walnuts 150 grams (2 cups)
Sugar 3 - 4 tablespoons
Egg white 1 pc

Bake at 180℃ for 25 minutes

I have apricot jam, you can spread any jam to your taste
