Over the past few weeks I've been slowly answering the question, 'What if i mounted a camera in a moving head light?' .
This video was a ton of work with many late nights, over 40 hours of footage and plenty of setbacks, but it was worth it. With the end result being a practical and genuinly useful product.
In future I may put a focus motor in it, but currently the autofocus is sufficent

A few things I forgot to add.
1. In the first testing outside I had paired it with a follow spot
2. The reason I didn’t use a fixtures DMX address for the zoom was the way the DMX mapping worked. (The camera is just zoom in more or zoom out more, while all the fixtures values are specific locations)
