Recipe - Key Lime Fudge
Ingredients
24 Ounces White Chocolate Chips (or 2 bags)
14 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 Can)
10 Tablesppons Key Lime Juice (either concentrate or fresh squeezed)
Instructions
1. Prepare 9 x 9 baking dish with parchment paper or mini cupcake holders. Spray parchment paper or mini cupcake holders with cooking spray to keep fudge from sticking
2. Add White Chocolate Chips and Sweetened Condensed Milk to large sauce pan, and melt over low-medium heat. Keep an eye on it so you don't burn it.
3. Stir until the mixture begins to melt and combine. The mixture may be thick but will loosen once the key lime juice is added.
4. Pour into prepared baking dish or mini cupcake holder. Place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours to set or in freezer until ready.
