Back in the mid 2000s someone made a police locomotive DLC for the video game "Microsoft Train Simulator". This locomotive eventually made it in to being in a parody of cops (Msts Tv) and "West Bound and Down" a short video of a CSX consist making off with many cars of budweiser beer. I enjoyed both these videos very much when I was younger and I've always wanted to make an HO model of the locomotive and in this video I finally got it done.
