Ingredients:
Oyster Mushrooms
My Vegan Kitchen Life Jerk Seasoning
My Vegan Kitchen Life All Purpose Seasoning
Just Egg egg substitute
All purpose flour
Buffalo sauce
Korean BBq sauce
Hamburger buns
Vegan mayonaise
Grapeseed oil for frying
Bib lettuce optional
Hierloom tomato optional
Sweet pickles optional
Ingredients and Method Sweet Potato fries:
2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut lengthwise into french fry shapes
1 1/2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
A dash or 2 My Vegan kitchen Life all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place all of the ingredients in a bowl. Toss well to coat.
On a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, place your sweet potato. Space apart so they are not touching. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients and Method for Slaw:
1 12 oz bag of Coleslaw Mix ( shredded cabbage)
1 small red, orange or yellow pepper, diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
3 tbsps lemon juice
3 tbsps chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Mix until avocado is creamy throughout.
