🤕 MY BACK PROBLEM, WHAT HAPPENED?
In short, I have lumbar scoliosis. It's nothing new; I've known for a few years that I don't have a correct posture, and I was planning to see a doctor eventually. But I kept putting it off because it didn't seem like anything important. Well, this year, more precisely in August, I started having pain in my lower back that wouldn't go away no matter what I did. So I went for a checkup, and it turned out that I have lumbar scoliosis.

The treatment for this is physical exercise, generally stretching. It's not so serious that I need surgery. But, because I'm 21 and my bone structure is starting to solidify in what will be my posture for the rest of my life, I need to correct my spine. Otherwise, the pain will become more frequent and stronger as time goes by.

That's why I'm going to take a little break until February to focus on recovery. The process will be a long one, probably a few months or even years, but I am on the right track and will continue to take care of myself and my posture.
