I'm really happy with how this Thursday Captain resole came out.
I ended up replacing the welt (even though it was still in good shape after 5 years). I went with a natural leather welt, midsole, and stacked heel. I had the option to get them painted (like how the Thursday Captain originally comes), but I like the natural leather look and wanted a little change.
