Video Not Working? Fix It Now

1) Now my closet is organized. All thanks to the hanger and curtain rings (take note). Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- I took fabric for the connecting strips. Any dense fabric will do, such as cotton or linen. I cut strips that are 3.5 cm wide. I sewed them along the length and then turned them inside out. I use a special turning needle for turning tubes. This is an indispensable tool for those who sew and do crafts.
- I cut the strips to 6 cm. The length of each one depends on how you want to connect the rings—closer together or spaced apart.
- I threaded a strip through 2 rings and connected them by hand. I repeated the process until I had the desired number of rows. I made five rows with three rings in each.
- I attached the finished rows with rings to the hanger.
My DIY accessory hanger turned out to be a real find! It takes up minimal space in the closet, looks neat, and allows me to instantly find the right belt or scarf. Now every accessory is in its place, nothing gets tangled or lost.
Moreover, this device can easily be adapted to your needs. For example, you can make more rows or use rings of different sizes to store not only belts but also other small items—like bracelets or ties.
Now my closet is organized, and most importantly, I know that belts, sashes, scarves, and handkerchiefs are always at hand. This simple and functional solution is perfect for anyone who wants to organize their space and eliminate chaos.

2) Now my hats aren’t just lying around the closet haphazardly. Here’s how I solved the problem of storing hats in winter.
- I took the simplest plastic hanger. It’s important that it’s sturdy enough since hats, while light, can add up in weight when there are several. I cut the ends off to make it shorter. I used metal scissors for this.
- Then I sewed a cover. I used cotton fabric, folding it to the width of the hanger; take any length, the longer it is, the more hats and mittens it will hold.
- At the top, I ironed on interfacing for stiffness. I traced the hanger, sewed the cover, leaving an opening so it could be put on the hanger.
Office clips are a genius solution.
- I marked the cover every 10 cm. This distance is enough for the hats not to hang too close to each other and get wrinkled. At the marked spots, I sewed on the clips. You can use clothespins for this.
The hanger is ready; let’s test it out. You take a hat, clip it with the clip—and it hangs!
All the hats are arranged vertically, one under the other. As a result, it takes up minimal space and looks neat. Now my hanger hangs in the closet, and the hats are easy to take out or hang back; nothing is lying around or getting lost.
I hung another clip on the hook of the hanger.
This device saves space, provides easy access, and you don’t have to search for hats in a pile of other things. Everything is in sight. If you have minimal sewing skills, you can make such a hanger in one evening.
Now my closet is organized, and the problem of winter hat storage is solved. If you have a similar situation at home, I recommend trying to make something like this. It’s simple, inexpensive, and very convenient!

3) I took 4 hangers, a piece of plywood, and made myself a coffee table. The result is outstanding.
The dimensions of the tabletops turned out to be 32x42 cm, and the height is 43 cm. Perfect for sitting next to an armchair.
Here’s how to do it:
- First, you need to drill holes in the hangers using a wood drill. Be careful to avoid splitting the wood.
- Sand the plywood with sandpaper.
- Screw in the screws in these places and connect everything together.
- Most importantly, do all of this evenly and at the same distance to avoid any tilting, so the table doesn’t wobble.
In the end, I painted the plywood with walnut-colored stain. After it dried, I polished the surface with clear furniture wax.
This table can be painted in any colors, even using several colors. For example, you could make stripes.
Just like that, without sketches or blueprints, you can create a great piece of furniture with your own hands.
I hope you liked this woodworking novelty.
