วันนี้เอาเมนูต้มยำปลานิล มาฝากค่ะ จริงๆ ปลานิล เป็นปลาที่ราคาไม่แพง และรสชาติดีเลยนะคะ ทำได้หลายเมนู ต้มยำก็เป็นอีกเมนูที่อร่อยค่ะ
💙 ต้มยำปลานิล💙
👉ปลานิล 1 ตัว (แล่เอาแต่เนื้อ และก้างกลาง)
👉ข่า ตะไคร้ ใบมะกรูด (ใช้ 2 เท่า จากต้มยำปกติ)
👉หอมแดงทุบ 10 หัว
👉รากผักชีทุบ 3 ราก
👉เห็ดฟาง ตามชอบ
👉พริกขี้หนูสวนทุบ (ตามชอบ)
👉เกลือ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
👉น้ำเปล่า 1.2 ลิตร
👉น้ำมะนาว (ตามชอบ)
👉น้ำปลา (ตามชอบ)
* ถ้ามีใบกะเพราสามารถใส่ได้เลยค่ะ

💙 Tilapia Tom Yum 💙
👉1 Tilapia (sliced only the flesh and the middle bone)
👉 galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves
(use twice as normal tom yum)
👉 Shallots, crushed 10 heads
👉 3 smashed coriander roots
👉 Straw mushrooms as you like
👉 Smashed garden chili (as you like)
👉 1 tbsp of salt
👉 1.2 liters of water
👉 lemon juice (as you like)
👉 Fish sauce (as you like)
* If you have basil leaves, you can use it.
