Been meaning to tell you all about this issue I had with the DCC Specialties PSX / PSX-AR Circuit Breaker boards. I had this issue a while ago when we first converted from DC to DCC on the standard gauge layout. And I figured out how to fix it back then after many attempts, and a lot of time. So I had been thinking of doing a video on it. But have not got around to it yet. Well now that we have added a reverse loop at Cimarron the problem came up on this new part of the layout. Just like it did on the original layout. So I took the time to explain how I fixed it in this video. What was happening; is when a train would cross the gap, traversing to/from the PSX to/from the PSX-AR. The PSX would short and shut down. No amount of configuring current trip values on either circuit board would resolve it. Enough about that.. I also show you a nice little trick with drip line irrigation pipe. A small discussion takes place about copyright issues. I just want to listen to some music... I talk about raisins. I mean nuts. Setup an Auto / Manual toggle switch for the tortoise switch machine coming off of the PSX-AR. We actually make a little progress on the Colorado Southern RR Palisades area. Scott and Jim showed up, but John was out. However he had a real good excuse. :) As always. Thanks for Watching. And be sure to Subscribe if you like the videos.
